Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to every account and order on this website, operated by To be completed.

1. Eligibility and research use

Sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or act for a research institution or licensed laboratory, and that the products will be used only for laboratory and in vitro research. For laboratory and research use only. Not for human consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics and must not be administered to humans or animals. We may refuse or cancel any order where these conditions do not appear to be met.

2. Research declaration

Each order requires a research declaration at checkout: your research purpose and your confirmation that the products are purchased for research use only and not for human consumption. The declaration is recorded with the order.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all orders placed with your account.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in AED per unit. Quantity discounts apply per product and size: 2+ units −10%, 6+ units −20%. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, unavailable stock or a failed research-use check; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

5. Payment

Orders are paid by card at checkout through our payment provider's secure form. Card details are never received or stored by this website.

6. Delivery

Worldwide delivery in 3–5 business days in cold-chain packaging maintaining +2 to +8 °C. Delivery is free for orders from AED 1,000 (after discounts) or containing a 40 mg Retatrutide vial; otherwise AED 50. Import rules for research reagents vary by country; you are responsible for any customs requirements at destination.

7. Returns and refunds

Because products are temperature-sensitive research reagents, returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or outside the specified temperature range. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery to To be completed with your order reference and photos; we will replace the item or refund it to the original payment method. Unopened, correctly delivered items are otherwise not returnable.

8. Documentation

A certificate of analysis is available on request for every batch. Specifications stated on the website are target specifications; batch results are stated in the certificate.

9. Liability

Products are supplied for research only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any use of the products contrary to these terms.
